Information

Customer Service is located on the first floor of Illinois Terminal. The Customer Service Center is open Monday through Saturday from 8:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. and Sunday from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.

During regular service hours, individuals can visit the Customer Service Center to purchase an Annual Pass or to obtain a Dash Pass. School Tokens are also available for purchase at the Service Center.

The facility provides a central transfer point for Champaign-Urbana Mass Transit District buses. It also provides a central location for other transportation services.

Illinois Terminal presently houses the Champaign-Urbana Mass Transit District, Greyhound, Burlington Trailways, LEX Express, Megabus, Amtrak, Subway Sandwich Shop, CityView (Illinois Terminal's Banquet and Meeting Center), R.E.A.D.Y. School, and Senator Michael Frerichs' District Headquarters.
